Goostree, plaintiff, and Montgomery County, Tennessee, defendant, appeal from orders of the district court entering judgment in favor of defendants on Goostree's complaint alleging sex discrimination in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the civil rights statutes, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, and denying defendant's motion for costs. For the reasons that follow, the judgment of the district court is affirmed in part and reversed in part.
